I ask if it is possible to increase the size of player models so that they are about 1.5 times larger along with the general map so that their size and the map are still relatively the same size, where as the hud stays the same giving the map an appearance that you can track and you don't need to aim as far in front of people depending on your ping.

You can scale it, but it wouldn't effect the animations I don't think so the limbs would strangely poke through each other

That wont work, see basically your just making the everything bigger, how halos netcode works you will still have to lead, because everything is still the same. its hard to explain though, especially from me.

i dotn aim infront of people i aim at them what do you mean? Also making the map and the things in the map bigger wouldnt change anything would it? cause everything still the same dimensions just bigger. Why not just make the hud smaller if thats what your saying?

Better idea: Don't make the models bigger, make your BSP smaller. So if you want to be Chiefzilla, and terrorize Tokyo, just make you BSP a mini version of Tokyo.

I'll figure it out... I made a map like that, except a little to small.. well.. the weapons were bigger than the bsp, and they were normal sized. and I couldn't move :|. lol. So basically.. yeah,I think it is the smallest map, you can actually spawn on.
