It's an 8 year old game or so, be proud on yourself you can run it finally xD

Also, for people who constantly can't get on modacity or find the topic, yes also everyone on Xfire bugging me about it, here are the 2 spinoff OS's, couldn't find vanilla:

I think that is because you don't have the 1.08 patch. But if you do, then I don't know.

Delete d3d9.dll. If it asked you to overwrite, you overwrote another exteral .dll. d3d9.dll is not required for Halo to run.

I just haven't found the right keyboard for me yet. I'm looking for a laser etched illuminated keyboard thats mechanical or scissor. But the boards i found seem to have the phantom bug.

For all of you who are experiencing some problems. USE YOUR VIDEO CARD'S FORCEWARE DRIVERS!!!!! It's what I use. That boosts my FPS a lot. I used it on my Nvidia GeForce FX 5200. I got around 30 FPS. I don't really know if this is the latest for the Geforce FX 5200 or not. But this is what I have used. It worked WONDERS for me.

Link to download the Nvidia Forceware drivers.

drivers themself are just pieces of software. They won't make anything explode.

Well lets see I got a 9800 gt 512 mb, 6 gig ram, amd phenom X4 64 at 2.22 ghz, windows 7 64, and I can run this at 200+ fps with everything at the highest except for decals cus decals makes the fps drop to 10 fps. Wish they would add more support -_-
