I think its saying your RAM is full, if you restart your computer it might fix it, otherwise i dont know

if you know how to, you could end a few processes that are using lots of memory and arent needed or close any open programs (except halo, of course)

I had this problem 2 times. Try uninstall Explorer 8, if you have it. If you don't have this, I don't know how 2 fix it.

I uninstalled Explorer 8 and it works. But now I have this problem again. And it is not because of E8. I uninstalled all files, which I downloaded, but it doesn't work.

hmm...you could try any of these

1.) update halo to v1.08
2.) reboot in safe mode and run halo
3.) try running an older version of IE or uninstalling security patches
4.) add -novideo or -safemode to your parameters
5.) buy a new halo disk and run it.

also, if you reinstall, make sure you remove ALL halo files from your comp...it could be a corrupt dll in your registry.

that's about all i can gather from the interwebs :D

did you try it in safemode yet? if it doesn't work in safe mode then your halo is fuxxored. which is why i suggested you go out and buy halo pc again.

Someone please explain to me why Internet Explorer could possibly cause this. Open up Task Manager, and under the processes tab, see if you can find ieexplore.exe. If you can't, then Internet Explorer is not the problem.

You have to start the game in safe mode. So hold down CTRL when starting up the game, and a dialog box will pop up saying that you were holding ctrl. Click "Start in Safe mode".

AMD Athlon processor 3200+
2.01 GHz
1 GB RAM
GeForce 9800 GT 512 video card

this should be more than enough for Halo CE i mean i play COD4 SP with everything on max and no lag, so it's getting ridiculous that i can play better graphic game like COD4 but i can't play some Halo CE

If you don't know why, then it probably isn't a good idea to do it just for the heck of it. I can use Internet Explorer 8 fine, and my specs are worse than his. I can also run Halo on highest graphics.
