everythings looks good, save exit, come back and they're all wrong.

Are you using UVW map or UVW unwrap?

After applying the uvw map, click on the object and convert it to an editble mesh again.

unwrap, i have it on the stack above edit mesh.....when i switch back to mesh the maps get messed up again...it only looks right when im under the unwrap mod.

never had this problem before :/

When you edit the object after applying an unwrap. It will reset itself.

convert to mesh or poly and the uvw's will stick.
or use the load and save uvw's options

maybe that's what happened. I did all the portalling...including the exact portals, and linked everything afterwards.
