Halo 1. I'm pretty sure L28 doesn't want to do more than he has to. Besides, I only have 3 MB of tagspace remaining. If I'm going to add in all the stuff I plan, I have to conserve as much as I can.

If there was any duplicate stuff, then they wouldn't have it twice in HEK+... Also, since I made this from scratch, I'd know if there were any duplicates.

If it was in different folders, and referenced by 2 different tags, then yeah, it would be there. Example: 2 different shaders. One shader references a cubemap in tags\cubemaps And the other shader references a cubemap in tags\characters\elite\bitmaps Since their the exact same cubemap, only 1 of them would need to be referenced. So just direct both of the shaders to the same cubemap.

No, i think as the weapons spawn in specific areas, the barricades should do so, too. Won't they, Gamma? :P That is possible. Of course the placement would have to be in between rounds no matter how he did it.
