A UI.map is essentially just a map. The special part about it is that there cannot be a player, and that the camera moves around on a script. Closest you can get is to use the one camera idea.

Doubt it works like that. Greenscreens are for video editing later, if you just replace the bitmap in a shader, the whole map will look stretched and distorted.
