Set the compatibility of sapien to windows 98. It's because sapien doesn't work with a duo core CPU.

Open up Task Manager, go to the processes tab. Then, start up Sapien, but do not select a scenario. In the Task Manager, find sapien.exe. Right click it, and click "Set Affinity". Unselect "CPU 1".

I've always found this problem to be odd... People always have a problem with dual cores but sapien likes my quad core perfectly fine... And its not in compatibility mode and has all four processors checked for affinity.

Both have Sapien installed, and all i need to do is to set Sapien to run as admin. this is odd....
