there was a tool to convert sound tags to sound files like WAV but i only used it once and dont know where i found it.
does sum1 know a way to get sound file from sound tags

do it manually with something like audacity to record.

I just use windows sound recorder when ingame. Then I save and edit it in audacity

I looked there and there isn't anything that can convert .sound to .wav/mp3 Dennis

If you have fraps, you can just record while the song is playing. Take the clip put it in Vegas or Camtasia and produce it as a .mp3
