Anyone know the answer to fixing the missle hog problem where the gunner is turned around 180 degrees the wrong way? I have opened the mp_warthog and compared it to the mwarthog and noticed some subtle differences, but don't know what to edit.

Well, I'm not exactly sure how I did it, but if you download the missile hog tags off the site, and overwrite the ones you ripped, then set the missile hog's model_animations to the normal warthog's, it might work, idk.

wont work if you use the default warthog animations, since the missile warthog has extra nodes for the missiles.

ok i tried that.
didnt work, sapien just says "the vehicle mhog1 cant animate" when the model animations are replaced.
i know it has something to do with the gunner's camera position, but i dont know how to fix that yet.

It has got to be something that sets the camera view equal to the direction of the gunner. Are we sure it is in the Animations file?

Try fooling around with weapon swapping and then adding the nodes in yourself.

The camera changed position (although in the not-so-satisfactory kind of way....you'll see what i mean if you try it). i am going to edit the orientation of the camera. maybe that should help.

Its in the animations file. Copy the number values under "Units" and "Vehicles" from the standard warthog.
