I got an OS link:
http://jcap.h2vista.net/files/halo/opensauce_build_1.08.rar and if it exceptions Halo immediately, does that mean OS won't work at all for me? Or just that build? Is there anything I can do to make it work? |

Could be xfire's problem. Halo doesn't start up sometimes, and when I do manage to launch it, xfire doesn't plug in with Halo. But OS does work, if Halo boots up.

yeah guys, actually READ the error messages. believe it or not, you CAN fix problems on your own with a bit of common sense and cognitive reading abilities......

what exactly is opensauce? I understand open sauce as in opening a can of awesome sacue, meaning it's cool. but what exactly does this thing do?

Make sure you exit out of Xfire
Make sure you CE version 1.08 Make sure you dont have a modified strings.dll such as for version changer. Make sure you dont have a missing dll file. Try changing the ui.map to the default one. |

Place it in the halo custom edition folder.
Then in console, type "gravity 0.001" Make sure you have version 1.08 And Gamma, the OS build has much more codes to use, we just dont know the others and they wont give us the others, yet. |

Dont use a modified strings.dll, make sure its the default one that installed with.
