There are several maps that I have modified to make them. This particular episode used Shellshock http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=1788. The map was modified specifically for the comic.

It would be very interesting to have a list of all the maps used per episode, if you ever have time to add them( or add as they're beeing built)

Raptors are worse in my opinion. This is funny, because I watched Jurassic Park last night.

I don't get why a military commander would have a problem with his men killing things though :p

That is just it. He is not a military commander he is a base commander. He is in the Deep Space Survey corps and was marooned on the ring when his survey ship went missing while investigating the area of space around the ring.

Two years later the Fearless arrived looking for them and engaged in a battle with the covenant forces already on the ring (season 2). The battle left a number of units "shipwrecked" and a couple of marine units behind when the Fearless went off to investigate three slip space events on the far rim of the system (season 3). Being the ranking officer on the ring he is reluctantly in charge of the marines left with him.

The Commander is NOT a Spartan, his genetics allow him partial control of the suit and Andrea, who was a lesser station AI, now helps him control it. The main purpose of the early suit was to keep him alive due to his injuries from when his planet was destroyed by the Covanent.

Well actually the MJOLNIR suit can't be worn by anyone other than Super-Soldiers. I understand that your comic is non-canon, though.

Actually it is within canon, or skirts it plausably, since the planet that Harrington came from, a moon obiting a gas giant in a binary system, causes genetic mutations that are similar to the super solider genetics which allow him partial control of the cybernetics. It's main function is to keep him alive.
