You got the basic shape, but you have to fix all the bad faces and smoothing. Unsmooth it and show us what it looks like.

Smoothing made it look bad.
Also you want to add more detail on the gray part on the stock.

Better smoothing? Ill add more zoom (like 10x) so its a sniper carbine and also on the image ref: there isnt anything else on the stock...

It looks like everything is flipped. Try converting to Editable Mesh and reexporting.

In case he's never heard of it, it's called "artistic liberty." And I think the carbine is a bit blocky in comparison to the original concept, and the hand rest thing down on the front/bottom is too blocky. If it was at different angles, it would look smoother. Maybe you should smooth it out alot or raise the poly count just a little bit and edit it so it looks smooth and curved. Good curves are all about angling stuff right.
