yes guys, i hope that here someone will come up with any ideas reguarding new weapons concepts, vheicles or any other innovation. The aim is inspire the moders or anyperson with model or editting capibility. Note that the ideas you give must generaly take count of the limitations of the halo's engine and have a minimal theorical chance to be realised. I know there are WIP topics about vehicle ad weapons, but here there will be no modders exponing theyr progress but simple halo fans with minimal knowing about halo game's engine limits. I will be the first to begin/start: Have you ever thought about a weapon that create a DARKHOLE that attract the enemys and objects inside of it? think; the center of the hole is just a teleport that bring any thing that have been attracted in a selected place out of the map where there is, I don't know..a lake of fire ,so that any AI or player will die and any object will lie there, disappeared from the map. There's no way any projectile can be set to suck a target inside of it, or even toward it.
At least, I don't think it is. I've never actually tried it. I've only seen things go outward, away from the projectile, rather than toward it.

You know the mods where you shoot and it spawns a biped? Could you do the same so it spawns scenery or even a teleporter? That would be cool. Or maybe a vertical platform (scenery) so you can go climbing or something.

When spawning scenery what usually happens is that when the scenery model is spawned, it over-laps the player model thus engulfing it. Hence, your stuck inside a rock.

for the weapon that shoots the scenery, make the frame primary trigger, make that like 3 hog lenths infront, and same for primary (forgot it but the 1 at the end of the barrel) make it like that far out too.
then your [whatever your spawning] will spawn 3 hogs infront, and not ontop of you
P.S... i have tried this befor, when makeing a gun spawn a tank, i spawned ontop of me, moved the markers, and all worked fine.

The jet's fine with just one, if its a passenger seat like the warthog then the players weapons would be useless and if its a gunner seat it would just make the jet more ineffective :V

I THOUGHT ABOUT A NEW PELICAN VERSION TOO. a more big one, divided in three sections one at the center with the other ones at the sides with the shapes of circles. It anought big to keep 12 people, inside there are a littel armory, a place where rest, and in the two globe-shaped zones you can acces to th two gaus torrets located out under the pelican. more detail to add...

First of all, people don't rest in the Halo games. They either eat sandwiches while playing, or leave the sandwiches alone while ingame. Also, for the armory, you can't have weapons stay on a vehicle, because in multiplayer, the vehicle keeps moving, and they'll respawn in the air. Same with health packs, if that's what you meant by resting. Again, this idea is not possible.
