1. Rig bipeds 2. Model Weapons, also texture = taken by sandinyourshotgun 3. Tag 4. Skin 5. Texture 6. Make bitmaps

eww, cliffs and ground. you mapped the ground to huge. you dont map the ground using a grass detail map, you create a ground map. and detail maps are added into the shaders

Your cliff and your ground don't really match up, it seems like it's just a grassy plain and then all of a sudden, cliffs come out of nowhere. It would be better if you got some "dirty grass" textures. What I mean by that is a grass bitmap, but with dirt spots. You should also make it so that it's not a 90 degree angle between the ground and cliff.

I am the guy who told you that you need to plane model, and I see you have not yet got grasp of how to do it. That is... not very good at all. The tunnel is VERY ugly. It looks like you extruded the sides, used bridge to make the top, and chambered. Also, your windows are just as ugly. Go outside. Right now. Walk over to your nearest skyscraper/apartment building/anything over 2 stories that is not a house. Does it have walls that are like, 10 feet thick? No. Does yours have walls that are like, 10 feet thick? Yes. Your windows need to be closer to the side of the building. Make them go in only a little. Oh, and those extrudes in the middle are bad.
