its quite annoying that when im trying to ask something on how to make it work, no one answers. now, i got windows xp and dual core. but hek+ dosent work. instead, i get the system error window with (0xc0000135) error. its on D:\Games\Halo2\Halo Editing Kit Plus Most updated as of 12-17-06\Halo Editing Kit Plus. (halo2 means halo ce, nothing with the actual halo 2) the files are:

redownloaded and unziped many times that version. but it wont work.

i need to know also how to run something on one cpu and wheres the "desktop composison"
