well first you need to rn halo then enbale it by pressing shift and F12 and then quit halo after halo quits there should be an ENBseries.ini in your halo CE root directory

In my opinion, bloom fails. Unless it can be selectively used for God Rays in a forest, I don't see why it is SO awesome. It's cool at first, but the effect wares off pretty quick.

When used correctly for things like the cornea effect (simulates the eyes adjusting to the light) it is awesome.

The d3d9.dll from halo bloom is not affected by ANY of the configuration settings. If i change everything to 0 it still works, and lags horribly!

Get DirectX 10, works a lot better.

I am on Dx10. It still didn't work. So I put under halo -dx9, and it still lags.

Can somebody help with this? The d3d9.dll is COMPLETELY ignoring all configuration settings.

I believe I can help you, although im not 100% sure on this, but because your using DX9 for something that is actually DX9, this may be the source of your lag; I'm just guessing and may be wrong

Everyone has the occasion where they're browsing through old threads and accidentally post on it.

It's a pretty common mistake to bump old threads when you're newer, I Bumped at least 6 during my first 3 months here.

But it was deleted by the time i posted; hence he was the one who visually bumped it, and
-1 internets? thats not so bad. I still got plenty more.
