His post didn't make much sense, all I was saying is that of course an H3MT member is going to side with the battle rifle. Yet you proceeded to call me a retard. However, any decent halo player likes classic weapons, not stupid Halo 2 weapons. If I want to play Halo 2, I'll play Halo 2. Halo 1 is so great because of how it is. New maps are great in CE, and usually better with the Halo 1 weapons. My whole point was that he should keep the pistol, not the battle rifle.

the truth is any decent halo player can play with all the weapons sets and most halo players know that the pistol is insanely overpowered and was fixed in halo2 and 3. i think the addition of a battle rifle would have been a change for the better if added to the classic weapon set.

yes i'd say it is over-powered plus since when does a pistol have a scope?

at 100% health and sheilds a pistol kills in 3 headshots which is very easy to do

If you're playing in servers with tanks, you obviously aren't playing anyone who knows what they are doing.

3sk is not easy on anyone moving/strafing, which all of the people I play with do. Sorry that I wasn't clear enough to mention that my opponents actually move.

so if bungie even put tanks in the game then they didn't know what they were doing?

my targets move and jump around like maniacs which proves if i can kill then so can most people

(i know... maybe bungie put in the pistol to be a counter to all the noobs in tanks and other vehicles, and only people with aim can actually use it)

I like the pistol with the scope. The Battle rifle annoyed me even though they are pretty much the same but different.

If the magnum had a scope and a better model i would never have hated it as much as I did in Halo 2.

so after that post your leading me to beleive that your one of those guys who bandwagons with a small group of "pro" players in thinking that anything that uses explosions to kill is stupid am i right? also your right its not easy to pull off three perfect headshots in a row, but it is easy to pour about half a clip into an opponent and kill him in about 2 or 3 seconds whether there moving or not. also, have you ever played host side with a pistol? dear lord, its like the most unchallenging weapon to use in the world! even more so that the rocket! face it, the pistol is overpowered, whored, and was rightfully replaced with the battle rifle in halo 2 and 3.

Ohhh my god, seriously Get back on topic I dont give a flying rats ass if the pistol is powerfull or not, I have uploaded the map to halomaps and will apear when dennis updates the maps h2mt has already started on the halo 2 version of the map with better overall shaders and scenery n crap.

Nice map. Cass, Yokan, and me played sum games on it. Very good job. Though the textureing could of been a bit better.. (The light bridges)

Eh. Only the population is what scared me. Everything else was fine really.

acctually the model was handed to me in a pretty horrible condition thats why I had to remodel most of it thats why the map looks badly uvwed on most parts, btw I had done some h2 like shaders but some people said that they liked it more like this becuase it looked more "H1 style" to suit the weapons. dont worry I already have a near perfect version that has h2 shader etc in thw works :)
btw awesome gameplay is awesome.
