SonicXTreme's video is fine. There is no need to make 'the most awesomest hype video ever.' The videos made already get the point across. No one cares about how professional the video looks.

If you realize, almost the fans of this team are idiots who just want Halo 3 in CE. I told you, they don't care about 'professional camera angles and editing.' They just want to play the damn thing. Show some of your 'professional' videos then, or shut up.

how...the hell... does this show am inexperienced. realy. i can make a great movie without the beta. i can do better with it but its more of a conviniance for h3mt to know there beta isnt getting out by any chance. if you realy want the beta that bad to make machinima why dont you just ask someone who has it already. yah. h3mt members. ask them. am sure they will give it to you EVENTUALY. now make do with what they provide you.

and that was just a dumb comment you made. this shows am an inxeperianced machinimator? i would sugest not poking your brain with a 2x4 piece of metal and stop making asumptions on comments alone.

if your talking about sonics video i agree. the positions were bad and i saw room for improvment. am just going to leave it at that.

sonic needs improvment. am sure he could do good but... you need a natural eye for camera positions.. even in halo.

guardian btw: i have never seens special effects like your in my life. those are realy nice. i was wondering if you could tell me which program you are using.

Guys just give it a rest , at the end of the day its down to Doan who films , the reason he picked me is because i said i would do it ages ago as a favor because it would get him some views , thats what it comes down to ... views.

Reason i filmed it the way i did , was not to film all the bad points , the team already knew about them , and as such allowed me to film anyway knowing fully that the unfinished content was going to be shown off...

I filmed it purely as a gameplay video , and to me that means having the camera do panning shots of the action and keeping it close to the players to see everything thats going on , the only time i switched those shots to the other close up ones , was to give a more dramatic effect and add the supposed story line which i made up for it , which is in the description on youtube , and also to show off the Sniper Rifle details , many people thought they sucked , but when your actually playing without the "fuzzy compression BS" that youtube gives videos , even in HD mode , it looks alot better.


What i did for this was to mix the angles up to give it abit of varity instead of just having them all the same thing over and over , and i suppose when it comes down to it , Doan would have told me to take it down if he did not like it , but he even commented to me and said he liked it enough to show case it off in the first place and keep it up , so in the end it comes down to not the fans opinion , but the creators opinion as they are the ones that have control over the content.

i swear are you all blind or what. sonic is right. just drop it. its doan's dissicion not ours. and if you guys realy think arguing is the right way to go add me on xfire and i swear to god i will verbally slap you across the face untill you cry like a little 5 year old girl now drop it. i see anything having to do with h3mt and PEOPLE seem to end up in probloms. h3mt should do the film by themselves and if am ever going to work with them it will be in secrecy not public cause this cummunity seems to be made up of imature fan boys whos life is halo....and they deserve to be brought to the nearest building... and thrown from its higest windows.

lol? The thing was that you asked, they said no, and then you pushed it. When I first joined this forum, I asked for a beta, and as soon as Doan said no, I said k. The thing is is that its there project and they'll handle it how they want. We're very lucky to be able to have any weigh-in on what they do, and the fact that they ask for suggestions and crit is our oppurtunity to help them and make the community stronger. I'm not saying I'm better than you, and I'm not meaning to start an argument. My point is that when someone says no, it usually means no.
