On Topic: That looks sweet Dhoan, The shaders you put make it look cooler. Its more dark and gloomy. I would like to see that in a single player level. That would be amazing. I wasaccualy thinking of doing a horror campagain about two months ago, thought i wasn't going to make it about the flood. Me and my freind had thought a storyline, and he even made me some concept srt and stuff.

I literally just played the updated version of this map yesterday. No juggernauts in there that I saw.

I'm taking the armoured elites btw, just because.

As long as you give credit to who originally made them, you can take what you want.

E: Or you can wait until an updated version of them are released with functioning armour permutations, but it's up to you.

I don't know who is working on the model, but I have a suggestion: why don't you rig the Juggernaut with Elite Combat Form boneset? Unarmed Combat Forms fight almost like the Juggernaut and if you keep the same model_animations, you'll have only to increase its jump, melee and body vitality.
And about the size, if I'm not wrong there's a script command that scales objects...

A scaled object will not have a scaled collision. It only scales the gbxmodel.
So doing that would be pointless.

mmmh... understood. But if you scale the model in 3ds max/gmax then the gbxmodel and the animations won't match. You should only make new animations... using stock ones, on the other hand, would be faster and easier.
