This is a great website that has been broght back from the dead. last time this was a thriving community, bun unfortunately Lunatic had to shut it down. Now I know what you must be thinking AHH ITS KID KILL IT WITH FIRE!!!!1111 well no. kid might be a bit mean at times but not here. wow I must say this was a awesome website, and now that its back up again I hope it will still be. the website itself is pretty cool, and many of us here know how cool it used to be. Now if your tired of the constant spamming that happens here, or just want a break from halomaps (lulz) take some time and register at halocemaps.net.

Yes, but you forgot that you can't always keep the "Noobish, always spammed" out. Don't think that everything here is Dennis' choice, except for the rules. I believe the rules are perfect, because a lot of younger people play Halo Custom Edition, and may often visit the forums. Don't complain because you cant say the F-Word here.

The thing is, we have more moderators at halocemaps.net, so unlike here, if we get a spammer he will be banned almost immediately instead of whenever Dennis gets on. Its not that we're against having noobs there, really we want to help them learn, but we wont allow some of the nonsense we usually get from newer members such as nonconstructive posts and such. On the other hand we wont allow all the flaming and excessive cursing, such as at modacity.

so the best of both worlds?

woah what did kid do to you? did he slay your family or something? give him a break, most of you dont need to go like "omg kid! bring the rockets and seal the walls, hes coming!"...he is trying to be a better guy......so you dont need to fall over him everytime he says something

The rules here are not strict they are the exact same ones you must abide by when out in the public. This is not your bedroom or your club house where you can do what you like this is very public forum that is accessible to just about anyone in the country. You are expected to behave in acceptable manner.

I don't see your point. The game is for whom ever's parents allow them to play it. The rules of conduct apply to everyone because the rules of conduct in life apply to everyone regardless of age. This is NOT a club house. This is a very very public place in the world wide web. If you want to act out then go to your room or your friend's club house to do so. But in public where this forum is, you are required to act properly.

So you would go into store or a doctor’s office or in your classroom all packed with people ranging in age between 10 and 70 and just litter your sentences with profanity? You would hand in your homework or school papers using profanity? You would sit in a church, curse and swear while talking to your family? You would hand in an employment application and use profanity in describing your experiences? If so, then this is not the place for you. It is that simple.

I appreciate your sarcasm however manners and consideration are nothing new and revolutionary. It may be hard for you all surging with mind altering hormones but I am sure that restricting your mental effluent to private places will not cause you permanent injury and may actually improve your likeability to the ladies. (no promises on that one)
