I'm gonna have to go with some other people by saying that anything that gives you an advantage over other players is cheating. While it's not as bad as some other forms, it should still be frowned upon unless for some reason, Microsoft/Bungie decided to put it in the game, which is not going to happen.

Await SPv2 and play Call of Duty: United Offensive, and Call of Duty 4. Because they're more up to date games, where you can easily find someone cheating. I don't have xfire on that computer yet, so you don't see me playing it on xfire. Other than that, I sit on this 'Halo' computer and talk to friends, or chat in these forums, but that's besides the topic.

More like any game with punkbuster is easier to find cheaters..

punkbuster has its downsides btw. I play a lot of games with punkbuster and it always has slower loading, some type of update, or just stupid errors. I also heard a rumor that it hurts ze trees. :( (im not a enviromentalist but i am a bird) :P

There is also an anti buster. It somehow bypasses punkbuster and allows cheating.

i wonder if all these hacks like aimbot, triggerbot, aimassist and all those others are illegal in the view of bungie in terms of using / making them

In Halo 3, they care, in any game that's be unsupported for a while, they don't care.

An Aimbot that spams "LOOK AT ME I BOT! BANN MAH AZZ." or something annoying like that when the user hits the "aimbot" button.

Well I searched youtube and found this program that sounds like sixth sense. It's called Jdar??
Accourding to this thread Sixth Sense lets you see all players and where they are. Well this program does that. Sixth Sense shows you every player even in solo gametypes.

that program is false, noone could truely be at those red squares because theres nothing to stand on and theres no tunnels there. But if people were there, then that would be essentially blue arrow.

As for 6th sense... what if you knew everything about any player in the game?

You don't understand. The program is a radar of the whole map. You are the white square and it shows you where everyone is and how far away from you there are with the red squares. It shows you whre they are in the map and you find them and kill them. It's a giant radar basically. That is what I got by looking at the videos. That truly what Sixth Sense is.

6th sense is much, MUCH more than that, it also does not work like a radar it works as a pop down menu and/or stats next to the player's name, regardless or their team and it tells u almost anything you want about them, depending on what you've toggled essentially

If there were a way to incorporate this 'aim assist' app into a map so that it will function for all players, regardless of whether or not anyone has the app, can see where they should shoot to hit players based on their ping, then i would support its use.

increase the magnetism of weapons?

magnetism is setup in the tags, if u played halo 3, ull notice how the reticle seems to follow the enemy for a little while. Magnetism makes it easier to shoot by following the enemy, such as a shotgun at close range is harder to aim in halo ce than a shotgun in halo 3. so if u were to increase the magnetism to be similar to halo 3s, it will be easier to shoot.
