I would suggest you using one of the following:

HAX - http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=2943

CAD - http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=3627

BluestreakEXPORTS animation, and does not IMPORTS custom animations.

You messed up on the functions

Bluestreak cannot export animations. For gmax, use HAX, and im not sure if CtrlAlt's exporter works with gmax or not. check it out.

The Gmax Animation Importer (http://ghost.halomaps.org/bluestreak/, 3rd link) CAN export animations, and I have used it before. All those other links (HAX and CAD) also can export animations.
