Alright, so I suppose I would just start this thread because there has been a big debate on what is a creative weapon, if the weapon has already been done, and if it would work in multiplayer. I want to exclude some things though:
-Weapons designed from a long existent map team.
-Weapons from Halo3, but they can be infuenced.
-Weapons from other games, but they can be influenced.

Heres a weapon concept I drew a while back, nothing too detailed or special but thought I'd post anyway. Its kind of covenant style top to it, almost needler-ish, which is where the idea came from probably! The original idea was some kind of Neuro- toxin pistol. I thought that it should fire needle type darts that cause minor damage on impact but then inflict further damage in the same way the flamers fire does. The canister type section below is some kind of compressed gas to fire the darts, and these would be the things needed to reload as the darts were so small theres enough in the weapon. If anyone feels the need to make it feel free as long as you credit me the design, if not just leave it I'm not to fussed about it at the end of the day.

Good idea and I just thought of another one:
-An alien-designed weapon that shoots pulse lasers, which shoots "projectiles" in the shape of smoke rings, and it causes damage plus a knock-back effect on vehicles.

Well I never played Sonic so i wouldn't know that. Besides, this weapon is going to be different than any Sonic game item.

It could also be electromagnetic. -It may look like the gun carried by sentries in Marathon or the Covy Plasma Turret in Halo2. -I have never seen that weapon before in my life. -This came to me out of the blue, like just thinking, and I thought of Marathon RED's weapon that shoots electro silver rings. I also thought about how drivers can always run over people in HaloCE and a solution to it. I also thought about plasma pulses from Covy Carriers. Then i thought, how about a weapon that can deflect vehicles backwards. It could really help against ghost whores and warthoggers. *Sorry for the puns.* -The projectiles may not even look like a what I said when I get to them, so don't sweat it.

I have a lot of stuff Ill try get pics One of the things is this plasma kinda gun with a paintballgun inspired tube. ther're just doodles I made during class so they wouldnt be very good. I also have an elephant type vehicle with a mingun, a troop compartment, a vehicle compartment, a helipad, and a top little observation area I also have somesort of spaceship or somthing with quad engines, wings, and guns. Then inside the folder i made this little battle thing with a troop transport walker thing with a rear mounted machine gun, a turret (inspired by the halo1 shade), a hover jeep(i normally draw them without the MG but this ones special:D I also drew a collection of turrets on the top of a version i put in the copy machine. I also have scorpion inspired tankes, a mortar canon on treads, and a hovertanke carying missles like the ones in halo 3(the storm, floodgate, and highground)hmmmmm I also think i have modified jeep (like what the S.A.S used in WWII ) I think i have more though... srry if there vehicles mostly I dont like drawing weapons Edited by Cat on Apr 17, 2008 at 05:55 PM

Custom grenade i made a while back for my Halo trial Sniper strike. When the frag exploded Ice particles flew everywere. And another one was the Rapid-Shot Sniper 123212212221111...
It was a totally remodeled AR that shot like a sniper with a 9 rof.

ICE GRENADES FTW!!!! I will try to make an Ice grenade model in paint soon. I hope this turns out great too.
I also have another idea again:
-When the needler uses its melee, it stick shards into the enemies and causesa needle explosion! What do ya'll think?

Make the ice grenades like the fire grenades in halo 3, but more icy looking. give it a similar model but have it all blue in the middle instead of read. basically the counterpart to the flame grenade. have it shoot out a large blue mist like the plasma grenade effect but more icy looking when it detonates. also have it shoot out shards of ice like a spike grenade. Actually, it cant spawn AI at all. What the video was either a .biped or .unit I edited my explosion.effect and made it spawn my mario scenery. Now all I need is a sound tag file of the pokeball opening. Then ill just add it to the effect.
