Hey guys, the map I've been working on for sometime uses a ''Temporary name'' for now which is coq. Now, as I move closer to release, I want to rename it to a more relevant name such as RPG5_Beta but I don't know how. the folder currently would be levels\coq and I want my map name to be RPG5_Beta.map

Thanks!

When you are in sapien with the map, choose File>Save as and save the scenario as the name of your liking in the map folder.

or just go into your halo ce root directory and rename the scenario.

From what I remember, renaming halo files will corrupt them. One example is when I renamed a map file, halo ce gave an exception whenever I started it until I deleted the map.

you can't rename a .map file it causes problems. But you can rename scenario files without a problem. that is 100% correct.

I never save as in sapien.

I go into the halo ce root directory, copy the .scenario, paste the copy and then rename that copy and work off from that.

Probably easier to just save as in sapien but i don't like using that.

rename the scenario, the BSP, and the scenario's folder, then in guerilla open ur scenario and then at the bottom change the BSP to the new renamed BSP.

bsp name can be any
scenarios need to be in a folder with the same name as the scenario, like
levels\test\bloodgulch\bloodgulch.scenario
levels\test\icefields\icefields.scenario
levels\test\longest\longest.scenario
