The Halo CE (Custom Edition) game is a free stand-alone program for registered users of the Halo PC game. It was developed by Gearbox Software the company that developed the Halo PC retail version of the game. You can obtain the Halo CE (Custom Edition) game and custom maps from http://www.halomaps.org. The Halo CE game is designed to use custom content. The editing kit allows you to create custom maps.

In order to install the Halo CE (Custom Edition) game you MUST own a copy of the Halo PC Retail version of the game, have the Halo PC Retail version CDROM and the CD Product Key number which is printed on the yellow sticker labeled "Product Key". You MUST have the CDROM inserted into your CD Drive to install and run the game. If you do not have the physical CDROM and the correct CD Key you will not be able to install or run the game. also u dont need to have halo pc installed to use halo ce.

ya dennis i know i've been here awhile... remember... like last summer... anyway i dont realy wanna have like 4gb of programs just to get tag exports thats all i want, remember how i had like 1gb free space well i got a new harddrive 20gb bur 4gb is a 5th of that how can i get tag exports without that? i have guerilla from HEK++ but it wont run bc no HEK. so i have to install HCE to have HEK but i dont have to have halo: combat evolved to have HCE to have HEK to have tag exports to import to gmax to make animations to save as animations to test animations to make good animations for people to have cool animations to play with. Right?

and what was that program to change certain character animations of bipeds?
