Referring to users as autistic is trolling, yes.
You can't randomly spew out insults, this isn't the Youtube comments section. If you can't handle that you're free to head back the way you came.

And please refrain from using terms like autism and the n-word on one of your other forum posts. Racism and ASD are serious problems in the world, and we'd like to keep the forums a clean place.

We try to introduce one new AU per mission, and then hide other AUs you wouldn't get until later in the game in hard to get spots as eggs. Sort of like H2 did with the skulls. Flashlight does not count though.

Flashlight is for the version no-OS of the VISR Sorry, there won't be any .map files. Everything is going to be .yelo (this includes TSC: Evolved). If I understood correctly, the flashlight does not use the Armor Upgrade system, but it's included like some sort of Armor Upgrade, as this pic shows. From what I've seen, I think it's because it's not possible to assign a key for AUs that is different from the flashlight key, so that means the player won't be able to use the flashlight if he/she has an AU equipped. I don't know if CMT's can do this, but in any case, a light, semi-automatic grenade launcher seems like it'd be fairly effective at making a mess of enemy combatants in the confines and corridors of a ship. Grenade Launchers are fun in low gravity is mainly why.
For some missions, you start with the flashlight, if you have a passive AU, like regen or radar Q will also activate flashlight. If your computer can't run VISR... well sucks for you on A50 (although it is brighter now, and the interiors have got a texture overhaul). The Loadouts are being reconfigured with Regen being enabled by default for B30 and B40, and VISR for A50.

I'm not quite sure how I feel about Regen. It seems like a "cheap" ability because a big thing to me in Halo: CE was having to play carefully to conserve your health when you move through areas and having to constantly keep an eye out for Health Packs.

That's one of my favorite aspects about it too, as well as ODST. That said, the lack of health regeneration also makes the game punish you for wanting to have close range fights. I am sure like the PP (which I never use because it feels like a cheap weapon) there will be people who abuse it, and those who avoid it. All the original health packs are still there, and health regen only brings you up to 2/3rds of your health.

All the original health packs are still there, and health regen only brings you up to 2/3rds of your health. I'll use the Plasma Pistol when in close range fights, usually to compensate for the lack of the health regeneration in Halo: CE. But if I run out of ammo with my other weapon I'm stuck with a Plasma Pistol. So in a way everything is balanced, and I probably won't use Regen just so I don't break that balance. Question about SPV3 TSC:E, I think Ifafudafi said that some Armor Upgrades (like Active Camo) could let you skip past areas and the game wouldn't let you progress further because the other areas wouldn't load correctly. If this is true, will it be a problem in the SPV3 version?

Also, enemies have different aware states so if your presence is known they still be able to spot you easier. I have yet to see anyone abuse it in such a way, nor have I found any instances where you can break the game using it.

I've been playing Ani in 3d lately and trying to get a feel for some of the ammo counts and how far you can make it through a mission with a single weapon. Turns out I can do POA, TSC with just the pistol or AR (not both) and I got through a decent amount of T&R just using the AR as well.
Also I am putting together a youtube video of a bunch of SPV pictures which should be up later today... depending on how addicted I am to the new smash brothers.

Question Time!
From what we've seen so far, the Needler seems to behave almost identical to the stock H1 Needler, albeit with updated textures, animations, and effects. My question is, what's going to make me want to use the Needler over something like the Assault or Plasma Rifle?

It makes things blow up and is super effective VS brutes. The plasma rifle is pretty much identical to stock too.
