Well the Plasma Rifle was always my go-to weapon anyway, but thanks for the response. I'll be sure to carry one around when I jump into the Brute Pool in SPV3 TSC:E.

Question.
If you use Needler against a Brute Chieftain, will the Needles bounce off their Power Armor?
Also any progress on the Impaler?

It may just be the lighting/angle, but the DMR doesn't seem to have an ejection port.

I noticed something that's probably just a rendering issue, but the picture with the Skirmishers at the beginning has them using white Plasma Pistols.

Well they did just change the model, the new icon probably just hasn't been made yet.

the new textures looks cool but in the intro of A10 the space and the PoA and the longsword i hope to see something very nice

I'd say 99.5% sure you will see something nice.
The new textures for A50 look incredible, but I would wonder how it will look in Keyes since the ship will full with Flood Biomass and other Flood related things.

I took them all in my VM which can't do AF. But when we post pictures later it will look like things have improved later? Most those screenshots are also 1440x900, but there are a few that were taken at 1880x1800.

It's too much purple. It looks good on the walls, but not literally every freaking surface of the room. Parts should be grey.

I'm looking at the video under a bit more scrutiny than when I first did, and I'm noticing that most of the purple is either exclusively on the walls or as trim. Most of the other colors fall in the blue/grey range with highlights. There seems to be indirect lighting going on or just purple lights, which may be what makes the entire room seem purple

I think the problem are the lightmaps. I remember in the stock BSP there are multiple corridors with different colors (purple, orange, green, blue and red), and since they're going to use the new DLM system, probably they'll change those lightmaps as well

Cool, but I doubt I'll use the Shadow much. I like Covenant vehicles because of their maneuverability, but I also like to pick my own targets instead of the AI shooting at the dirt and the walls and the rocks and the butterflies.

I see that Banshee is using boost but Master Chief is driving the warthog, does that mean that the AI will be able to use the boost feature? Will they do it intelligently?

couple things: in regards to the purple, i personally think its fine. ifffff its gonna be changed due to complaints, my advice would be to change it to the halo 3 purple and gold theme of covenant. they used alot of gold hexagons that worked well. an example is the interior/exterior structures of snowbound etc.. between os' bloom, and the already high contrast of that interior, gold/yellow flooring would compliment the purple walls. i had done a texmod of it a while back, i may be able to find the screenshots to give you a taste of what that looks like but im sure if you asked for it dano would know what im talking about

That's just the banshees normal contrails. The Ghosts will use the boost though since it's just a secondary trigger.
