I think the explosion fire doesn't last long enough. I think it's mainly because it looks like it goes more inward than outward.

Yeah, my explosions tend to expand, then shrink, not sure why ._.

Getting farther on my map....






...And this will be one of the first maps to use HNMP's snow hornet, which I fixed up for multiplayer purposes.



Needless to say, I will give all due credit to the tag makers.

No, its gonna use a reduced-filesize version of the sandtrap weps.

:/ h3 weps.... that doesnt fit the feel of that map but its ur map do what you want with it.

IDK, lighting is not my strong point.

I will be placing decals in the map model soon

BUT

my red_strips! bitmap exports with open edges, WHY!!!
the blue_strips! one exports fine

hm... i cant help you there with the red and blue strips i use the method in DSalimanders beaver_creek and sali_creek for that kind of lighting

tried that, the map comes up REALLY dark.
when i run it with clear_afternoon, it turns out great
thats just imo tho


ONE question tho, and I havent found any tuts for this.
How do u make a death barrier, like in that lava map, but invisible?
Vehicles getting down there is my main concern

for the death barrier i usually script it in using a huge trigger volume that covers what you want...

well for one the ready sound for the assault rifle is not right
