At the moment it's for my team and me, but it might be used in a later SP project.
I can also quickly cut and redesign it for MP use. But everything here will remain private for a while

hey guys i was doing this as a scenery project but need some crit on these textures

diffuse 1

spec

diffuse 2

the question is should i just keep diffuse 1 or use diffuse 2 because it already has the detail in the specular map?




i wrote jack kennedy on some of them to prove they are mine to someone and can be easily removed since its another layer

Diffuse 1 looks like you took Diffuse 2 and overlayed a base scratch texture. Diffuse 2 is just base colors, where's the detail? Try making some edge scratches or at least something instead of doing it lazily.

Just a suggestion, would the UNSC really print a picture of a glass on a crate to indicate fragile objects? Doesn't seem like a very military thing to do.

I've done a custom halo 3 profile like pose in 3ds max

As you can see, I'm missing spartan illumination maps. If anyone has them and is kind enough to share, that would be awesome!

Yah I was thinking if making a step by step tutorial, starting with high poly modeling, low poly and than texturing and uvw unwrapping.

open for 1080p renders

noble 6 is done and ingame, now to just rig the rest

Just worked this one out. Where it says 'range' in the motion tracker field, the value '20' is in world units, which equals 200 feet, or, 60.96m. Sorry to bring that one up again, just thought it was interesting.

Also, Choclate Thunda, for early days of animation those look pretty tasty. I shudder to think what my first attempts will be like but that looks pretty mint so far.

While your bsp looks alright, you need to work on your uving. Some stuff, notably the generator bitmap on the edges of those boxes and the strips on the walls seem pretty crammed. Try toning it down a tad.
