All he had to do, is learn how to use 3DS, or what ever modelling program, there is no talent involved, because he is not creating anything.

You unwrapped it to textures that aren't yours.
You ripped the textures with a program that isn't yours.
Your (improperly) using animations that aren't yours.
Your probably using little to nothing that is yours.

You caused those arguments by arguing with people about their opinions of your work.

If that was supposed to intimidate me then it hasn't worked. The main difference between Bobblehob and I is that I do, in fact, have a massive ego to fuel.

In response to your edit, you don't have to know how to model to give an opinion on how one looks. Likewise, one mustn't know how to script to give an opinion on whether it was fun to play through a campaign.

I agree, someone can give an opinion of a product they don't know how to produce. But I don't think this is true with good criticism. Good criticism comes with advice or suggestions.
