I like it, huge improvement in your animations I must say, and your own style is starting to get shown too.
The firing seems a bit "robotic" though, in particular when pumping after the shot. That movement seems too "perfect", it's like A to B and then back to A. It might get "boring to look at" soon too, which should never happen with fp animations. The same thing applies to the reload but is indeed less evident. Keep up the good work.

I don't know why either. I guess I just wanted it to block more of the screen by going off across your face to the left, rather than more discreetly to the right :P

50 cal AE rounds are big, especially when theyre ejected into your face like that. and a pistol that ejects to the left is fine. the only thing i take issue with is the fact that the shell effect can be achieved ingame using particles, that way the shell ejection looks different each time.

I love gamma's shotgun anims, just awesome

Here is my laz0r
I made the model, unwrapped it and textured it, as i could.
I think i'll modify 2 or 3 things after that


oh and this was rendered without shadows or anyhing btw, the 2nd render has just 2 basic lights

It is WAY too boxy, tou have tryed to make it detailed to an extent, but you have included pointless details and the triangles could be used to add bigger details which are missed out.

It also lacks smoothing groups.

Parts like the handle at the front should be serperate geometry and made to look more like a handle instead of extruded box.

Plenty more I could say but I think you get the point.

Not bad though.

Well, i usually suck as hell at modeling, and i should fail at texturing but i didnt failed that much.
The handle IS a separate part, and its an extruded box + CHAMFER
I can give it to you if you want to modify it, but my aim is to make CUSTOM stuff, instead of perfect copies of whatever you want. If you edit it, i dont care about remaking texture or unwrapping, i'm used to now

Not saying you have to make it a copy, but its too boxy... make it a copy if your custom version will look like that.

It does NOT look like a handle, it looks like an extruded block... There are plenty of basic shapes which he could of made for the handle.

And I am guessing your planning on saying that my models are "boxy" as well, I care for you to prove your point tbqh Lol.

The model its self is "OK", not "GOOD", but okay. It needs to be made less boxy. Seeming as the amount of weapons I have modelled I believe have a valid view on the matter, do you model? lul.

The greatest anything thing about that model is that it is flat down the side.. this is a first person shooter, flat weapons = BORING! Give it some depth, actually, look at my Halo 3 Spartan Laser and you can see that it has depth and doesn't look boring if looking down the side.

I will say that is a nice M6 and it does make his look "flat" although the fore-grip on yours looks kinda.... ehh.... strange. At best. Also that model.... You know what? I am not even going to comment on it anymore.

the model is probably very high poly,but its still able to go ingame,for your model I recommend you apply some smoothing groups and make it rounder.also try getting really creative and add a few more things.

You know what.. you posted it on a public forum, where most users expect and respect crit given to them... so they can improve, hense the reason i gave you crit..

3 Days? Wow, that's not really pro for making a low poly model.

My modeller mindset and looking for error? I have given you some crit on things to fix... errors are not good... that is why you post here to get crit on what to fix so that the final result doesn't look like crap. And I did not say it looked "basic", I said boxy, so it looks crap..

And I could easily model the Halo:Reach Spartan laser low poly, and I could give it to you to use, but your being a bit of an ass tbqh when I give you crit you start to cry as you are doing now.

And what models are you referencing when you say overpoly? So the 2300 triangle carbine is overtri?

Or are you talking about the Granade Launcher which is MEANT to be high poly for the purpose it was modelled for... your a retard, I give you crit which is to help you, and it was NOT harsh crit, and you start crying. Even someone who isnt having the crit crys...

Yes it does once the animation stops, you could use the side of it as a level for building...

You don't need to add anything, what you need to do is not cry when you get crit. I could of been harsh... have you ever herd of Tweek from modacity... hes a complete ASS for his crit, but it helped me EXTREMELY.

And I said fix the boxiness. Not add anything, although I mentioned you could of used pointless detail elsewhere.
