also i think paratroopers prefer the m4 magazines to the box magazines with the belted ammunition E: and spartan not to beat a dead horse, but why would i make edges that should be rounded hard? first off i dont think it looks like silly putty, and secondly there are no base textures applied, no normal maps, and no HDR, and the Unity engine allows for all of that, so trust me, it will look much better once i have it ingame Edited by Donut on Aug 17, 2009 at 06:41 PM You couldn't really lower the poly count much without making the smoothing bad as you want the hwole object all smooth. I am guessing it is high because you have chamfered sides and more egde loops in.

Yea, that's a problem when I combined the filler render with the ready animation. The filler is kinda off, which caused that. The ready animation ends right at the "snap".
