@Diaboy do you still have that custom MA5k ? I'm quite interested in ingaming it as we need a replacement for CMT's which we had complain about style not fitting with the rest of bigass tagset.

Funny you should mention it, I am hoping to do the high poly in the next month or so (currently have a bloody horrible deadline at my work for next week) but I don't know if that fits in to your timescale? I have the old model but it has no UVs as of yet so I'd like to avoid putting that online if at all possible…! Sorry, edit to be more clear - you can have the current version I have, but I will be upgrading it soon - just depends on when you need it. Currently animating Halo reach tagset, because there isn't a proper one with custom animations and shaders, been animating them for the past 4 months: Halo 4 Lightrifle (not extracted/ripped), fully modeled in Softimage 2014

I've been trying to piece one together bit by bit over the past couple of years. Not much to show for it, but I do have a few. (Plasma Repeater, DMR, Plasma Launcher... half a shotgun (animations aren't done)). I'm sure I could donate a few to the effort of a complete Reach tagset. PM me or something if you're interested.

So I decided to mess around, mush a bunch of models together, and edit a few textures. I cranked these two abominations out. Comments and suggestions are welcome. This one was per request by Echo-77: Who knows, I might decide to turn this into a whole pack of tacticool and older-fashioned Halo weapons. Hr3shy ingamed it a while ago and I did animations for it a few months before. Its set up so that left click does one melee animation while right click does another. I'm probably going to redo the animations for it though, as they look pretty bad (except the ready, that style is great)

Continuing my Tacticool series, (I guess you can call it a series since it has more than one entry now) I tried making an LMG variant of the MA37. Right now I'm not sure about it. I'm probably gonna remove the grip behind the bipod and change up the iron sights. Maybe even scrap it entirely and pick a different MA5 model.

What is your poly count?
If it is anything over 4500 then I would consider it useless and best used in another game engine.
Regardless of how awesome it looks.

Yeah but those are mostly for SP.
For Mp weapons, especially halo don't go over 4500.
Take a look at the call of duty weapons, the side of the object,that you don't see ever, is pretty much deleted! And there game engine as way more modern yet they still have to resort to extreme optimizing techniques.

There can be a few comparisons made between Sp and Mp.
But in Mp you always should consider the general audience which are going to use your stuff.
With Sp, the trend is, well if you don't have an awesome pc. It's not my fault.
