hey guys i am just wondering if any of you know a script that will contuously create weapons "not item collections, i know you are supossed to use those but i want to try to continuously create weapons because you can lean weapons against walls and put them on racks unlike item collections" just thought it would look cooler than laying all those item collections on the ground. :-)

hi, i have a simple question to ask.
I have some shields i designed and i have created a circle with them and i want that circle to rotate around a center frame. The frame will not be moving up or down and not side to side. Only spinning around its own axis. What type of model animation do i need to export it as.
like jmo, jmu or what?

Ps it is at the top under the distance of your damage


skinning it as in (i will be able to see it and it will not be invisible in my hands!!)

I have succesfully created fp weapon animations with gmax and created a cool weapon successfully. But, i just upgraded to a vista 64bit and now gmax will not let me create a skin because of some co-instance or something?? But, for my real question (do not hesitate to tell me if you know how to fix the co-instance error though) is there any other way to make a fp model visible without skining it??

hi, i just got a brand new vista and i installed gmax on it and tryed to skin a weapon. i got the following error when i tryed to give it a skin.

Hi, IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE WHO HAS ACCOMPLISHED FIRST PERSON MODEL ANIMATIONS WITH GMAX!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT FOR A LONG TIME NOW BUT THE BEST I GET IS ANINMATING, VISIBLE HANDS BUT MY WEAPON IS NOT VISIBLE WITH THE HANDS. hi, i am trying to import the rigged fp hands from a tutorial into gmax. I downloaded 3ds max nine trial and exported the hands in both a 3ds and autocad format. But, when i imported them into gmax the fingers no longer were moved by the bones like they were a seperate entity or something. Is there anyway to make the rigged hands work in gmax like they work in max.

Ps. the best results were with autocad format because the fingers moved in the right way but the bones stayed in place and did not move??
