Make a shortcut to command prompt.
In the start in box, set it to where you have Halo CE installed to. |

easy way, copy CMD.exe to your halo ce dir, and make a shortcut to your desktop, then you don't have to use the whole path to navigate to it

Copying and pasting command prompt is the lazy way of doing it (and wrong). It takes 2 seconds to make a shortcut and change the starting folder.
