alright when i click on the icon normally this pops up:  when i Run as Admin i get this:  once i hit ok whenever i click somewhere everywhere that isn't where i clicked turns white:  Help?

when i click on hek setup it gives me a halo setup screen were the only two options are play game and uninstall, i haven't installed hek before on this pc so idk why it says that and when i click play nothing happens. help?
