Oh, put quotation marks around the path name. Whenever you have spaces in a path, you have to use quotation marks.

are you running command prompt from your HCE directory? also, one of your folders has a space in the name, I don't remember if that causes problems or not but give it a try by adding an underscore instead of a space. iirc most names must not contain spaces unless it's just an internal file like a .projectile or .weapon file...haven't played with HEK in a while

If you want spaces in tool or in scripts, you must put it in quotes. If you don't want to put it in quotes, then use underscores (_) instead of spaces.

when i use quotes on the command line it replies:
System could not find specified path
