i doubt that, and if it is, bungie has to have done some serious texturing in game.

They do. Most of their detail isn't modeled into their model; rather, it's in the texture.

The point of that picture is for people to make a MA37 Assault Rifle prop in real life.

Except theres was a prop as a replacement weapon for motion capturing.
