I downloaded hek+ and have used it before on my other comps but on this one it gives me this error when I try to open it:
the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). yes I've tried to download it a few times over to make sure the file is all there, pls help |

Don't you need some .net runtime thing to use that? That might be your problem.

you did put Tool++ in your halo CE root directory and are running it from there or through a shortcut right?
if it's not that it's the famework which you can get from microsofts website i think. |
