I downloaded hek+ and have used it before on my other comps but on this one it gives me this error when I try to open it: the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135).
yes I've tried to download it a few times over to make sure the file is all there, pls help

Don't you need some .net runtime thing to use that? That might be your problem.

you did put Tool++ in your halo CE root directory and are running it from there or through a shortcut right?
if it's not that it's the famework which you can get from microsofts website i think.
