i have found that modcity hosts an archive thats still viewable! also the HEK tutorial works. if you have an account the site will run almost normally, but registering is nearly impossible, i have tried!
EDIT: so after some pushing of the Administration i got an account to share with you, it can not post but it will allow you to get on just one last time to save the things you need too, i urge you to save it soon. "clrl" + "s" for a local copy.
