So recently, I upgraded my pc to Windows 8.1 pro 64bit. Currently OS really hates my pc. What are the requirements I need to fulfill??

Are you using hac2 with it, because using both at the same time doesn't work after windows 7

You need to enable .NET Framework 3.5.1 through Windows Features.
