I like carbines. Too much probably.

I downloaded this weapon tag: http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=1655. I added it to a scenario and compiled it, but in the map the weapon had no ammo. The description also reads the weapon is supposed to have a scope, but the weapon did not zoom when I pressed z.
Thank you. :)
Note: I did not add the weapon to the item.collection or globals or whatever that stuff is because I was in a hurry to see how the weapon looked in game.

If it's a multiplayer map you'll need to have it as .item_collection.
You probably don't have to mess with globals to get weapon tags working.

If you want the weapon to showup within the cheat: "cheat_spawn_all_weapons" then yes you do have to add your n9n vanilla weapon to he globals but this is a relatively minor thing, adding the item collection to your scenario within sapien should be all you need to do.

Okay, I added the item collection, but still no ammo.

Edit: I figured it out. I didn't set the ammo count in Sapien.
