Boolean works fine for me just look under the pro-boolean advanced options. Though I have to say the ability to utilize more operands is something I've been wanting for ages!
Hard surface wise I don't see anything which stands out. Though I should mention my viewport is less laggy after rendering 12 million polies which is neat, no longer do I have to uncheck my subd modifiers pan my camera around then flip back on subd to take a shot.
Uv tools are sort meh though I did notice the relax paintbrush which is useful for unwrapping organics or cliff uvs.
All in all I'd say I'm surprised, unlike the usual max updates where we get new icons....and nothing much else this time ADSK have really put in some effort to keep max on par with th rest.
Py support too. ;)

That Boolean update and 3D Printer slicing seems like a godsend for me. I like very much

Working booleans would have been nice before I finished the Sierra bsp :(
Anyway Im surprised they still actually are putting effort into Max. Isn't Maya essentially overtaking it professional?

big reason for that is the price range being absurd. Maya has an Light version for game companies at ~$250 iirc, whereas Max doesn't, and professional versions for both are ~1.4k

Most big companies have both. And most architecture companies use 3ds Max for their stuff.

Besides,I never mentioned it was the only program they use. Plus, Civil3D is used more than Revit for Civil Engineering. I know what I'm talking about thank you.
