I am in no mood for some pissant wannabe trying my patience in a vain attempt to gain some bizarre type of self aggrandizement from a nobody moderator of a no consequence forum in the backwaters of the internet. It is just so juvenile I can't even remember what that is like.

The result of any argument of this type with me in this forum is that you lose. I can actually predict how this will go. Instead of moving on you will make some pithy reply at which point I will warn you that if you reply again you will be gone. Then, because your not fully matured brain can't help itself, you will reply again as an act of defiance. I will then delete your account and your presence in the forum is gone and you have lost. Fully believing the contrary.

I have seen it over and over again for the past 30 years, 12 of them in this forum alone and it never changes. So shall we dance? I am feeling edgy tonight.

Doesn't that just make you off to be a jerk then? I can see why it can happen when you're actually arguing with people who don't know what they're saying but when somebody makes a discussion of a point, especially one that causes a post to get deleted, I would assume there would be somewhat more care put into the discussion.

Either that or maybe not making it a public discussion if it was a post that was deleted that blatantly infringed on the rules. Looking through the rules I don't see a rule that states that you cant post PMs, especially if you have the permission to do so.

If anything these are the rules I see/think that could apply here

Most, not all, people abandon their email account as soon as they create it to join. I understand why. But I wish they would not subscribe to threads for email because each week I have to go through the bounces and unsubscribe them.

Dennis, I don't know how big you are into cleanup, but can you maybe get rid of the huge mess left behind? I really hate it on a thread that's been generally peaceful so far.
