For the dark, did you run lightmaps/radiosity? The teleport thing, did you add starting points for all games? There also may be starting points too close together or other objects too close to the starting points, or the bsp is nowhere near 0,0,0 in max. Edited by Maniac1000 on Aug 15, 2015 at 05:58 PM

Usually what i do for that error is to check your coordinates in sapien, then navigate to a coordinate that you know is within the bsp. After that, save and restart sapien. Should work

When reporting problems, provide as much information as you possibly can. What we need: - The commands you entered in Tool, a print screen would be even better - Output of Tool - Screenshot of the issues you illustrated in Sapien
Understand that just providing a text explanation is far from enough. It's very possible that you missed or ignored a warning/error that Tool threw at you.

> Go back to your bsp in Max. > Delete your frame node, then hit 'W' on your keyboard and select your bsp mesh. > Open up the hierarchy tab. > Now making sure your mesh is selected hit "Affect pivot only" and then under the 'alignment' field hit "center to object" > Once you have done so right click on the move tool and ensure that all the X, Y, Z parameters are set to zero. (if they aren't then make sure they are) > Remake your frame node, link your level mesh to the frame. (make sure the frame is next to but not touching your mesh) > Export, add a sky in the scenario file, run radiosity in tool, check in sapien.
