Does anyone have a good working copy of a beam rifle that is either custom or H4? I really don't like H4 assets, but to be honest it looks a bit better than the H2/H3 style 'letter opener' design, and reach's model is silly looking. A custom one would be the best, since it's from the community and not just a port, but I'll take what I can get.

As of now the H3 model will work, but it's not ideal, so my lazy ass figured I would ask here and see what happens.


P.S. yes I did go through about 200 maps to try and find one, but so far zteam's H3 variant takes the cake in terms of cleanness and good markers for effects, plus animations. So like I said, it's not a huge deal, but it would be nice to get a better looking one.

I was going to say, yeah, just use Zteam's. If you're looking for something a little different, you could try using the unfinished focus rifle thing from the TSC:E prototype files.

You could tweak it however you wanted and have it behave like a beam rifle as opposed to a Reach focus rifle.

For the unfinished beam rifle thing, that's in the TSC:E core tag source release, yes.

For the H2 beam rifle, that's in the elite beta 2 tagpack update thing in the video's description.

That SPV3 rifle seems to work almost exacttly like the bigass DMR

Lol nothing that I've used has gone unmodified to fit the tagset I already have. It wont be a focus rifle, it will be a beam rifle that is the alternative for long range to the human sniper rifle.
