DOn't you think the textures are a little strecthed ? The UVs are good but that type will be useful only if you use a blend map that will allow you to blend several detail textures together, but not to use such a small texture on such a big area.

Anyways OP you could retopo the thing pretty quick so do that. For the texture doing the UVs like that for cliffs instead of how bungie does seems a bit strange but whatever works, you're prolly gonna need a huge image to get any detail on it though.

i think that halo do not suport the same lightmaps and shaders.
