The shaders themselves are self explainative, you need to know what does add, multiply etc on a bitmap, those are blending way of several bitmaps like if you used layers in photoshop or any editing software.
I reccomend you to play with them using sprinkle's real time editor to see how they work

The knowledgebase documentation on UNSC Halo Special Forces, my web site, will have all the information you would want to know about how to use each metadata value in each tag type. The pot calling the kettle black... I'm not going to waste my time explaining how unskilled and stupid you are, you're already aware of it. Now face it and move on. I just can't stand when people are bringing in their 2 cents to get attention and act like they can do anything, when all they will do is mislead people who are willing to learn.
To give a simple example of what shader transparent can do, Let's say you have as your base map a black bacground with white stars. Your second map is a noise mask, multiplied on the bitmap and sliding regularly.
The multiply function will darken them and allow them to "animate" periodically simulating stars sparkle.

I'm just going to let you give yourself a false sense of superiority, just like Sparky who somehow has some mindless drones. Frosty m8, How is you? You haz penisgina yet?

There are no stupid questions. I was bashing a retard who got banned. But to fully understand that, you need to learn about color blending modes such as "add", "subtract" and "multiply" and experiment with SPRINKLE's real-time editor. Add some bitmaps in the layers before compiling your map and change them and their blending options Edited by bourrin33 on Mar 8, 2015 at 08:10 PMAdded commas so you can understand better. I know you can change shaders but I never tried to change models and textures directly. Give it a try, make sure you put 0 as node checksum so that any model anim fits your gbxmodel.
