The latest OS build is in release candidate testing right now, and yes it supports 1.10

The new OS is for 1.10. And Korn hasn't dropped it, he just isn't involved in day to day tasks with it anymore.

nope, if you use OS even once, sapien of any kind won't open for anything. so no step 3 testing = put off projects for months

and downgrading doesn't work unless you fully uninstall everything related to halo just to get to version 1.09 again

actually thats not true XD i can use sapien fine on scenarios i opened in os. i am doing project stuff still but put effects and other stuff on hold (waiting to see those smexy tsc:E shadurs)

Downgrading isn't that hard. Its faster than waiting months to put off projects. If you really wanted to work on them, you'd downgrade. It's not that hard.

The only reason I haven't downgraded this whole time was because I kept thinking that it was coming out within a few weeks or so, but then when the time came, it was always pushed back to another date or left to an unknown period of time. At least we know that they want quality. :<

Considering the fact that Masterz has posted about the current OS beta being available for 1.10, I think I can safely say yes, there WILL be a new OS released for 1.10.

How do I know this? Well, I do have the latest beta installed that supports 1.10, so yeah. It egzists!

I don't work on OS, so I can't begin to give a development schedule. There are distributions being handed out as they fix stuff, which is why it's at the beta stage in the first place.

TL;DR

It's in beta stage right now and should be out soon, just be patient.
