So in a recent map i made, a texture is not showing in game, the shader is there but I noticed that in the structure_bsp 2 materials are missing and only one of them doesn't show up in game.( exporting the bsp again doesn't work).   I know how to fix it, must add the shader to the material tab, but how do i know the surface number?  That's my only question, if you sexy and handsome men and women from Halomaps could answer me <3

Can we see a picture of the face in 3ds max or the 3d modeling software you use?

I've had this problem before too, it had something to do with the assignment of the materials and the shader file. Double check to make sure it's assigned properly with the correct number and your shader is set up properly. If it's still occurring, PM me and I'll see what I can do.

Is there a number in the material ? It can assign to permutation which may cause the error

I fixed the problem. It was using a shader in the materials with no texture.
